shipping & returns
PROCESSING

We will process your order within 24-72 business hours of receipt. Exceptions include, but are not limited to, peak holiday periods. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an Order Confirmation by email.

Your order must be placed by 1pm EST Monday-Friday to be processed on the same day. Any orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed on the following business day.
SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We ship internationally. However, we do not ship to PO Boxes.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
Shipping rates and details are as follow:

Pick Up In Store or Curb-side: Free

Standard Domestic Shipping: $25 CDN, plus applicable taxes (*estimated delivery within 7-10 business days from order processing)

Expedited Shipping: $150 CDN, plus applicable taxes (*estimated delivery within 4-7 business days from processing of the order)
*Depending on shipping location, delivery times subject to change.
Orders do not require a signature for delivery.
RESTRICTIONS

We reserve the right to restrict, decline or refund your purchase if we deem the delivery location to be remote or reasonably inaccessible. We cannot guarantee expedited delivery to all locations.

Deliveries on Saturdays and Sundays are not currently offered.

We are not able to split a single order into multiple shipping destinations.

Due to air transport regulations, certain items which are considered hazardous materials by regulatory authorities (e.g. pressurized spray cans, fragrance, etc.) can only be shipped via ground shipping.
TAXES

All taxes will be applied subject to applicable federal and provincial tax legislation.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

For hygienic purposes and due to the nature of the products we sell, Soniya's does not allow refunds or exchanges on any products sold on our website or in our store.
DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive a product that is damaged, please contact us immediately. We do our best to ensure the items you ordered arrive in pristine condition, however damage may occur that is out of our control. If you contact us about a damaged product, we will look into the matter for you promptly and do our best to resolve the issue.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

We aim to keep our website inventory as up-to-date as possible. If a product is unavailable you may be able to pre-order it. If pre-order is not available we offer a waitlist so that you can be contacted when the item is back in stock. If for reasons outside of our control you purchase a product that was actually out of stock and we are not able to restock it for you, we will contact you and provide you with a full refund.
